The pleasant response at Reception.
The warm comfortable place to sit and on the day - Olympic dance on a tv whist I waited.
The attentive listening from my nurse and gentle support and advice.
I am relieved to be given further attention for my condition.

Every member of staff/volunteer has been fantastic. The level of care and concern is superb patient and family are treated with the utmost dignity and respect. God bless you all, you are angels here on earth.

Review of Community Clinical Nurse Specialist Team

Karen who attended listened to the background of my husband's illness. She was very proactive in getting him pain patches which she organised and we were able to pick up the prescription the same day. She was also able to give us other information of help and services which are available to myself and my husband.
I have completed this form on behalf of my husband.

Everybody has been lovely and nothing is too much trouble, I know to simply ask if anything is needed. My family and friends have also been welcomed which has been amazing as my children don't see the hospice as a scary place which was very important to me.
